I moved back home to Chichester after xx time in London…
My family have a house in xx and I live just down the road in my little dream house by the water.
When I’m not at the beach with my dog Luna, I can occasionally be found in a country pub nursing a glass of rose.
I moved from London to the South Coast in 2017 to pursue my dream of working in Health and Fitness.
With a passion for working with and helping people, I got into Personal Training in my early 20s, looking to spread the amazingness of movement and after a few years I decided I would do my Yoga Teacher Training but never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would become a Yoga Teacher.
I am a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, specialising in Obesity and Diabetes.
I strive to help people explore ways to be a little kinder to themselves; to celebrate their wonderful bodies, rather than torture them.
My aim is to help people to get in tune with their bodies, becoming more mindful and intuitive not only through body and movement but also nutrition and self care.
YOGA
My style of Yoga is Vinyasa Flow, I teach a number of classes locally as well as offering 1:1 Yoga Sessions for beginners or practitioners wanting to go a little deeper into their practice.
PERSONAL TRAINING
With Personal Training I am able to come to your home, meet you at a location to suit you or I have space to Personal Train clients in Birdham (located just outside of Chichester).
Exercise, Nutrition, Self Care and State of Mind are the foundations that can be built and worked upon in order for you to become the best version of yourself. Kinder Self is there to support, assist and encourage you throughout that journey.
